Individual homeowners building their personal home and using a Bailey or a Frierson-Bailey charge account are asked to provide a $75.00 deposit which is returned in the form of a credit to your account on your first order. For individual builders this list is valuable not only for budgeting purposes but will provide the lender pricing information used in securing financing.
